Shipping and Tracking
We ship worldwide.
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be processed on the same day.
Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on next Monday.
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country at the checkout after a product has been added to the cart.
We ship primarily through SDA in Italy and the typical delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Our international shipping partners are DHL (Europe, USA, Extra Europe), and FedEx (Asia, Australia, Arab Emirates, and South America), the delivery time is 3-7 working days (this is just an indicative estimate, delivery to minor cities will take slightly longer). For Russia we use SDA and the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
If the ordered products on our website were to be delivered extra EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer; we cannot predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.
Once our logistic center has shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you will be able to use to track your package.

Returns and Refunds – Cancellation
What is the returns policy?
The return period is 15 days. If the situation requires, we will extend this further.
In order to submit a return request please get in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org by providing all the details related to the purchase of the product and the reasons of the return.
Once our customer service team has received it, it will review it and get back to you with the following steps to take.
Please note: the article must be unused and in the same conditions it was received in. Freancesco Maglia reserves the right not to accept the returned article if it does not meet these requirements.
When will I receive the refund? Will there be additional costs to pay?
When we receive the merchandise, we will examine it and send you a notification via email of your right to be refunded/be sent a new product within a reasonable amount of time (1-3 working days after receiving the returned article). We will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (in case of refund on a credit card, it will take place within 30 working days, in line with credit card norms), but we will withhold delivery fees.
Please note: the customer is responsible for customs duties applicable to the return of the purchased article.
If you decide to cancel your order prior confirmation of shipping, please email us at email@example.com . We will immediately cancel your order and fully refund your payment.
Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer available and the order must be treated as a return.
